COVID REFUND GUARANTEE

If your holiday cannot go ahead due to a National or Local Lockdown we will offer the option to move your booking to later on in the year (if possible) or to the following year. Alternatively, we will offer a full refund if you would prefer.

In the event that you fall ill, need to self-isolate or choose not to come our standard terms and conditions apply. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover these circumstances.

Our priority is the safety of our guests, community, and family.We have conducted thorough Risk Assessments for all properties following Government and Industry guidelines and have processes in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. We have been assessed by the AA COVID Confident scheme supported by UK Hospitality and all leading Hospitality Industry organisations.

IF YOU FEEL UNWELL

Please do not travel to Leworthy if you are unwell or suffering from any Coronavirus symptoms.

Guests who fall ill while at Leworthy Farmhouse may be required to self-isolate here. In those cases, the guest will be responsible for ALL costs associated with their own stay at our standard rate.

Just as you would for a foreign holiday, we recommend taking out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
